A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Continuing the massive success of Koto’s chopsticks line (featuring Star Wars lightsabers, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Alien, dinosaurs, animals, etc.), the eating utensils return to ancient Japan and sword designs based on the late Edo Period and the Shinsengumi, an elite fighting force. The first set of chopsticks recreates the weapons of famed swordsman and commander of the Shinsengumi, ISAMI KONDO. The great warrior’s signature sword lives on in chopstick form, black with hilts of gold and red! You don’t need to be a master of the blade to utilize these fully functional chopsticks and keep your food in line. Despite their katana style, they are designed for daily use and can be used just like any chopsticks. Add a bit of Japanese flavor to your table and enjoy your meal as a member of the Shinsengumi! These chopsticks make a great gift for sword aficionados or just anyone who likes Japanese food.

Natalie K. ★★★★★

Grabbed a pair for my ramen nights and the Japanese import quality is obvious—the wood grain feels smoother than my old takeout chopsticks, and they're surprisingly sturdy.

Avery ★★★★★

I've been using these chopsticks at home for my ramen nights and the Shinsengumi engraving is incredibly crisp. They're surprisingly well-balanced for eating, not just for display.

Aurora B. ★★★★★

The box design alone makes me smile every time I pull these out, and the chopsticks themselves have a really satisfying, solid feel when eating.
