The sculpting on the face is uncanny—you can practically see Depp’s smirk and the cold calculation in his eyes, and the paintwork on the coat’s folds gives it real depth. It stands about 9 inches tall, so it dominates my shelf without feeling clunky, and the pose feels like he’s mid-spell.
