Decide whether the Night Stalkers container set belongs in your Hexa Gear display, how it pairs with Block Base 03, and when to skip it.
Quick answer
Buy the HEXA GEAR ARMY CONTAINER SET NIGHT STALKERS VER. if you already display Hexa Gear figures and want ready-made containers and arms to build a scene around them. Add HEXA GEAR BLOCK BASE 03 LIFT OPTION A when you need a raised platform; skip both if you only collect figures and never set up dioramas.
What the Night Stalkers set actually adds to a display
The Night Stalkers version is a container-and-arms set made to display with Hexa Gear and Governors. That means it is not a standalone model kit with a body or a vehicle; it is scenery and handling equipment for figures you already own. If your shelf is a row of standing mecha, this set gives you crates to stack, arms to position, and a reason for the figures to be doing something.
The trade-off is that the set does less on its own than a figure purchase. It rewards you most when you already have at least one Hexa Gear or Governor to place beside it. If you are starting from zero, buy a figure first and treat this as a second-step accessory.
Why pair it with Block Base 03 rather than buying either alone
Block Base 03 is a 1/24 scale base expansion pack, so it is built to sit under 1/24-scale Hexa Gear displays. The Night Stalkers containers give you props; the base gives you height and a defined footprint. Used together, you get a small depot or staging area instead of loose crates on a flat shelf.
Neither product promises a specific connector layout or a fixed number of configuration options in the catalog information available here. Treat the pairing as a display concept rather than a guaranteed interlocking system, and check the actual runners and instructions when the items arrive.
Where this set falls short
This is a display accessory, not a play set. If you want something to open, build, and pose repeatedly, a Hexa Gear figure or a Governor will give you more handling value per dollar. The container set is best treated as a one-time scene build that stays on the shelf.
The Night Stalkers name suggests a darker military theme, but the catalog facts do not list color counts, decals, or weathering details. Do not buy it expecting a specific paint scheme you have seen in photos; confirm the look from the product images before ordering.
Decision rules for buying the Night Stalkers set
- You already own a Hexa Gear figure or Governor: Buy the Night Stalkers set as a display upgrade. It is designed to be used with those figures, so you will get immediate use from the containers and arms. If you have no figure yet, buy the figure first.
- You want a raised, defined display area: Add Block Base 03 Lift Option A alongside the container set. The base pack is 1/24 scale, matching Hexa Gear, and gives your containers a platform instead of a flat shelf. Buying both together is the clearest way to build a complete small scene.
- You are shopping for a child or a first kit: Skip this set. It is a display accessory for existing figures, not a standalone build, and it offers less play value than a figure or a kit. Choose a Hexa Gear figure or Governor kit instead.
- You need a specific color scheme or connector layout: Check the product images and instructions before buying. The catalog facts do not specify paint colors, decal counts, or connector compatibility, so do not assume details that are not shown. Treat unlisted specifications as unknown, not as a feature.
